Price Quote and Timeline: We believe in transparency and will provide you with a comprehensive price quote, we will accept half payment for the price to process your oder and fully paid after finish your jewelry. Estimated timeline for your custom piece is 3-4 weeks. Rest assured that there are no hidden costs, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

4. Production & Delivery: With your approval of the design and materials, our skilled craftsmen will begin the meticulous process of bringing your custom jewelry to life. Upon final approval, we'll finalize the payment and arrange for the delivery or pickup of your custom jewelry. Return Policy

Return&Exchange

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us or online help within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.

Return Process

1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Kingsfantasticjewelry.

5. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

6. Order cancellation:

In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund

1.If you purchased two or more products, you can request a partial refund for the unsatisfied item.

2.Product not received / Defective product / Product different from the one advertised: a solution will be made within 5 working days after estimated delivery time.

3.Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction/ The amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as it appears on the website/ Duplicate charges: a solution will be made within 5 days after notification of charge
